All game outcomes on BHT Club are generated using a provably fair Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure impartiality and transparency. Users agree to respect fair-play principles and must not attempt to manipulate gameplay or exploit system mechanics. Any unfair activity may result in disciplinary measures, including permanent account closure.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are not permitted to engage in the following actions:

• Harassment, threats, abuse, or intimidation of other users or staff

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using unauthorized tools

• Any behavior that violates these terms, harms other users, or disrupts platform operations

BHT Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach these rules.

All materials available on the platform—including software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, and content—are the exclusive property of BHT Club Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service disruptions, or unforeseen technical failures.
